TRACEE RANTS:

How can Blogger do this to me! For some strange reason, when I try to log into my own blog account, there's this 'Unexpected Error' page that comes up.

Please please. I really hope it's not like I lost my account. I have 4 years worth of entries in there. (Since I blog about almost everyday, that's like 300 x 4 entries!)

Maybe it's God's gentle reminder to me not to be such a fanatical blogger.

There's gonna be all the nanyang performing arts, which are all pretty good (ask any ny girl). Chinese dance of course, which is like really REALLY good (ask any ny girl). Oh yeah, and plus all the cute little kids from nanyany primary and kindergarden. I'm performing too, with theatre club. 2) P&C Tutorial Q1-8
3) At least 10 questions from holiday homework

this wk sabbs. why all dead? u guys should be foaming at the mouth to express your wonderful experiences at the various courses.

i went wakeboarding and, black as i am, managed to get sun-burnt. very minimally, mind you, so will those at the back please stop laughing.

a bit of blatant advertisement here. not sure i've told many of you yet, but i'm playing in a gig come 23rd June. it's called YOUTH GONE WILD. Ronin, 3dash1 (winners of schoolofrock comp '01), West Grand Boulevard (Daphne Khoo leading), Typewriter (consisting of some members of electrico), Velvet Rose, and Lucid Vapour will all be playing to a capacity crowd at Whitley Secondary. I know the venue sucks, but it is, all in all, a really fun gig, and to watch ALL these local bands in action, 10 per tick really isn't that bad. really! the only downside being that guobin will definitely be present.

JUST KIDDING lah.

anyway, it'll be from 6-11pm. those who can, support me ya. or just go there to chill. i know it's 3 days from blocks, but just one night of non-studying, extreme aural annihilation can't be that bad. in fact the rock anthems belted out by this mixture of bands might just encourage you to work harder.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KENNETH! First note :D siesta reaches 17 years old :D.

SYF was great! Good work to ALL Cast (Wonka!:)), Props (Lee Yang and Yingtse ^^) and last but not least CHORALE! (note: in caps. sorry biased). I think we did great really, but i think i'll miss our Ares play. We've performed it so many times now, the lines seem to slide thru my mind and the scenes just plays themselves over and over again. Working with this years crew was really an AMAZING experience, all the late nights, taxi rides, fumbling of lines, making up of insults.... the fond memories will truly last for a long time if not forever ^^

17 people in 06A13 took part in this play. 8 who supported it all the way which we really really appreciated :D! Thank you all so much. Now as i promised ( in my new craze of taking photos), here are your random photos for today. :P

FIRST POST baby.

i am not a blogger. in fact i don't think i've been at the controls of a blog since like, last last yr or smth. so please forgive me if i end up spouting shit.

okay so if any of u caught the FA cup final last night (i doubt so, though) u wld've seen the mighty liverpool come from behind to snatch a win from within the grasp of west ham united (who were leading 3-2 with 3 minutes to go) to clinch the trophy. it was a crackin' match, simply put. exhilarating. 6 goals in 120 minutes of football, plus penalties. the mental strength of this liverpool side was just incredible. imagine going 2-0 down and fighting back to tie it 3-3 when you're staring at unavoidable defeat, and subsequent heartbreak. it's almost enough to justify these superstars' six-figure weekly salaries. in pounds, mind you. and one man - england midfielder steven gerrard - should be highlighted for particular praise. the liverpool captain single-handedly dragged his side back from the dead, revived it, and inspired belief in his side which led to the win.

i'm rambling.

those of us in history had our little u.n. seminar on saturday. 9am-5pm, filled with talks by ppl of different nations. brazil, africa, china, you name it. topics like the devt of the world economy, the u.n. security council, blah. doesn't sound very interesting, does it.

it wasn't.

yeekai observed that at some juncture the only 2 06a13 ppl awake were jeriel and himself. the rest, ALL slping. damn funny. in fact we moved from our initial positions in the 2nd row on the first floor to some corner on the second floor just to be more.. out of sight.

most of us paid our 30bucks to slp in a nicely air-conditioned auditorium, then. not to mention, the food! the lunch was pretty decent, at some chinese restaurant. but that didn't stop most of us from leaving like at least 2 hours early. only 2 ppl left at 3+ were paula and shijia i think. quek must've been peeved, but screw him.

champion of the day had to be jay (that rhymes). he forgot there was such a seminar, and arrived on the scene at 1.10, a gd 5 hours after it started. and then he left at 3pm! two hours of enlightenment - he did say that it was quite interesting. and no, he wasn't aslp.

(haha and when he called me at 12+ i told him there were loads of hot chicks at the event, to con him into coming. he did, and the result? absolute zilch. hello it's a history seminar!)

actually there was ONE looker from rj. half-caucasian face, long legs. full credit should go to our dearest fac head for pointing her out.

just feel like sharing some stuff about AEP. Haha this is the last aep assignment that killed me the last time. We were supposed to analyse it... Btw, i think that this is quite a nice composition.

This shows that we AEP students are not just at Art room to eat ice cream, instant noodles, cookies, biscuits, cereal, mash potatoes, and (pizza next week). We have to do work too!!!
